Built by someone who knows what it costs to start over.
I'm Justin Stephens. I grew up in the mountains of Idaho, spent nine years in sales, tried to build my own businesses, went through a divorce, and started stocking shelves at WinCo Foods at midnight in August of 2025. I chose WinCo because it's employee-owned — because I believe in the power of ownership to change what work means.
America's Holding Company is the idea I've been building since 2022. It's my proof of concept that ownership doesn't have to be something only the wealthy get to experience. Time is the great equalizer. You can't buy more of it. You can only show up.
